At Path Footwear, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help and will always do our best to find a fair solution.
Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. In case of a defect or damage, you can also send us clear photos of the issue — in many cases we are able to resolve the problem quickly without requiring you to ship the product back.
Common Situations & Solutions
Defective or Damaged Product: We will provide a free replacement or a refund.
Wrong Item Received / Missing Item: We will send the correct product at no cost.
Wrong Size or Color Ordered: Exchanges are possible; return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the mistake was ours.
Changed Your Mind: You may return the product, but return shipping costs are at your expense.
Incorrect Shipping Details Provided by Customer: If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, we cannot take responsibility, but we may offer a discounted replacement order.

How to Return an Item
1) Contact Us First: Email info@pathfootwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
2) Approval & Instructions: Our team will confirm eligibility and provide the correct return address. Returns sent without approval cannot be accepted.
3) Prepare the Package: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your order number.
4) Ship the Item: Use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5) Refund or Exchange: Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days via the original payment method, or an exchange will be arranged.
Damaged During Delivery
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the product and packaging and email them to us within 5 days of delivery. We will send a replacement free of charge or arrange a refund if necessary.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, cancellation is no longer possible because processing begins immediately. In that case, the order must be returned after delivery.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping costs may be deducted where applicable.
