Delivery Times
Our delivery process has two phases:
Processing (24–48 hours)
During this stage we confirm your order, make any necessary adjustments, perform quality checks, and prepare the package for shipment.
Shipping (around 7–10 business days)
This is the period your parcel travels from our international warehouse to your address.
Estimated delivery times for key regions:
USA / Canada / Australia: 7–10 business days
Please note that customs procedures or import duties may occasionally cause delays. During busy seasons such as New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine’s Day, shipping times may be slightly longer than usual.
Shipping Costs
We currently offer the following options:

Shipping Insurance
Coverage: Our optional shipping insurance protects your package against loss, theft, or damage during transit, up to the declared purchase value.
Non-Refundable: Once insurance has been added to an order, it cannot be refunded, regardless of delivery outcome.
Claims: To submit a claim, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving a damaged item, or within 14 days if your parcel has not arrived. Supporting documents such as photos or proof of value may be required.
Exclusions: The insurance does not cover delivery delays, indirect damages, or issues that did not occur during transportation.

Agreement
By purchasing shipping insurance, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, including the non-refundable condition.
Order Changes & Cancellations
After an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, as processing and packaging begin immediately to ensure fast dispatch.
