Terms & Conditions – Path Footwear
These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through the Path Footwear website (the “Site”). By accessing or using our website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site or purchase our products.

SECTION 4 – ORDER PROCESS & CONTRACT FORMATION
An agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product information, non-payment, stock issues, or events beyond our control. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Site and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be completed through the available payment methods at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; however, confirmed orders will not be affected by later price adjustments.
SECTION 6 – DELIVERY & TRANSFER OF RISK
Orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the specified delivery address or collection point.
SECTION 7 – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Some orders may be shipped from international warehouses or suppliers outside the customer’s country or the European Union. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees imposed by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise. Path Footwear is not liable for customs delays, additional fees, or import-related issues beyond our control.
SECTION 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where required by applicable consumer law, customers may withdraw from their purchase within the legally defined period after receiving the goods. To exercise this right, the customer must contact us by email with a clear statement of cancellation and include the order number. Returned products must be unused and in original condition unless defective.
SECTION 9 – RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns must be requested in advance through our customer support. Items sent without prior approval may be refused. Refunds are processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected, using the original payment method within the timeframe stated in our Returns Policy. Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or defect caused by us.
